- Lapkan daging. Ketuk sikit supaya daging lembut. (Maaf takde pengetuk yang proper..hihi)

- Tambahkan bahan2 sos yang lain. Masak sehingga mendidih, baru masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung untuk memekatkan kuah. Perasakan semula dgn garam dan gula jika perlu.
- Coleslaw: campurkan semua bahan2.
- Hidangkan steak bersama sos dan bahan pelengkap yang lain.
