  22. Take 500 g kentang (digoreng) @ bakar @ mash

  1. Lapkan daging. Ketuk sikit supaya daging lembut. (Maaf takde pengetuk yang proper..hihi)

Masukkan gula supaya gula dpt caramelised. Tambahkan air supaya tidak hangus. Kemudian kisar 3/4 daripadanya, 1/4 lagi dibiarkan dalam periuk. Masukkan semula bahan dikisar tadi ke dalam periuk.
  4. Tambahkan bahan2 sos yang lain. Masak sehingga mendidih, baru masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung untuk memekatkan kuah. Perasakan semula dgn garam dan gula jika perlu.
  5. Coleslaw: campurkan semua bahan2.
  6. Hidangkan steak bersama sos dan bahan pelengkap yang lain.
