  5. Masukkan coklat, koko dan gula merah. Kacau sebati dan pastikan semuanya cair dan mesra. Tutup api. Nota = Tekstur mestilah kembang dan pekat likat. Masa ni jika nampak kering, boleh tambahkan air extra tadi atau abaikan jika tekstur dah ok.
  6. Boleh dihidangkan ketika sedikit panas atau pun disejukkan di dalam peti. Taburkan "chocolate nibs" /susu pekat manis/susu segar di atas. Padan kan dengan ikan kering jika ada.
  7. Nota = Rasa bubur ni mirip minuman segera Quakers oat coklat. Kuat manis, boleh tambahkan gula pasir.
