- Masukkan marjerin dan putar lagi hingga sebati lebih kurang lima minit dengan kelajuan 3 sehingga adunan lembut dan licin. Rehatkan doh selama 30 minit.
- Timbang doh lebih kurang 50g kemudian bentukkan bulat dan susun atas dulang pembakar yang telah digriskan.
- Sapu susu cair dan tabur bijan. Ketepikan dan biarkan doh mengembang lebih kurang 30 minit.
- Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 170C, kemudian bakar roti selama 15-20 minit. Atau kepanasan dan masa membakar bergantung kepada ketuhar masing-masing. Sementara itu, goreng daging burger, rendam dalam sos lada hitam. Sediakan juga bahan filling yang lain.
- Potong roti kepada dua bahagian dan susun filling mengikut kreativiti masing-masing.
- Burger charcoal sedia dihidangkan.
