Instructions to make Nasi ayam:
  1. Masukkan air dlm kuali masukkan juga daun bawang, halia, bwang putih dan garam. Dah mdidih masukkan ayam masak ayam antara 5-10 minit lalu padamkan api biar ayam dalam kuali 5 minit lebih kurang.
  2. Angkat ayam ke dalam bekas bertutup lalu sediakan bahan perapan ayam halia dan bwang putih saya tumbuk. Masukkan semua bahan nya lalu tutup goncang² biar ayam bersalut dgn rempah perapannya.
  3. Buka penutup bekas perapan supaya ayam tak terus proses memasak sebab masih panas kan. Saya cuba dulu perasa ayam dah kena selera oklah. Diperap dan digoreng bila dah nk mkn.
  4. Masak sup pula, masukkan minyak tumis halia,bwg putih, bwg merah smpai sedikit garing masukkan air biar mendidih masukkan ayam, carrot dan kentang masukkan perasa dan masak smpai mdidih.
  5. Sambal kicap, sediakan kuali masukkan minyak goreng sebentar cili dan bawang putih, masukkan cili dan bwag putih ke dalam blender bersama kicap blender secara pulse. Sediakan bekas letak sambal kicap dalam tu lalu perah kan limau.
  6. Sambal belacan masukkan semua bahan dalam blender kering, blender secara pulse juga. Sediakan bekas masukkan sambal lalu perahkan asam limau dan letak sedikit air bagi cair.
  7. Bahagian akhir nasi sebab saya guna pressure cooker sekejap je klau yg guna periuk biasa masak nasi awal selepas rebus ayam, boleh lah ambil air rebusan ayam terus masak nasi ayam. Masukkan marjerin tumis bahan kisar kering tadi bersama daun pandan. Masukkan beras, cukuprasa tutup biar hingga nasi masak.
