  10. Take 500 ml air
  11. Take 6-8 sudu rempah kari daging dan ikan (campur kedua2)

  5. Panaskan lebih kurang 3 senduk minyak didalam kuali. Tak cukup nnt blh tambah kemudian.
  6. Baca bismillah, kemudian mula masukkan daun kari dan 4 sekawan.
  7. Kemudian masukkam bahan2 yg ditumbuk td. Kacau hingga naik bau dan nmpk garing sikit.
  8. Masukkan rempah kari, kacau lg 2 - 3 minit, jgn smp hangit, masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit.
  9. Bila agak memggelegak, masukkan nenas dan kacau. Bila air agak kering masukkan santan dan kacau perlahan2.
  10. Kecilkan sedikit api, kacau sehingga air agak kering, nenas agak empuk. Masukkan kerisik dan sebatikan. Perasakan dgn garam, gula dan perasa mengikut citarasa.
  11. Kacau sehingga pecah minyak. Waktu tu kuah agak kering, nenas dh lembut dan nmpk minyak2 mula terbit. Warna pun agak kilat. Matikan api dan sedia utk dihidang.
  12. Sy biarkan ia sejuk kemudian isi dlm mangkuk 1 hidangan. Selebihnya sy isi dalam beberapa container dan simpan dlm peti sejuk. Kalau di bhg bawah boleh tahan 2 - 3 hari. Kalau dibekukan boleh tahan lama. Dlm seminggu dua.
