- Kaedah (1) microwave: isikan dalam mangkuk kecil atau mug dengan separuh air biasa. Pecahkan telur ke dalamnya. Tutup mangkuk dgn piring. Microwave kan selama 40 saat. Siap. (Jgn lebih drpd 50s,kerana telur akan meletup)
- Kaedah (2) rebus dlm senduk: panaskan air dalam periuk sehingga mendidih. Pecahkan telur ke dalam mangkuk. Sendukkan sedikit air mendidih ke dalam senduk. Tuangkan telur ke dalam senduk berisi air mendidih tadi. Rendamkan belakang senduk ke dalam air mendidih sehingga telur putih mengeras sedikit. Kemudian celupkan senduk ke dalam air sepenuhnya secara perlahan2.
- Masak sehingga telur putih mengeras sedikit. Terpulang masing2 untuk dapatkan telur kuning separuh masak atau masak sepenuhnya. Keluarkan telur dari senduk perlahan2 menggunakan sudu.(boleh juga poach dlm kuah seperti sup di bawah)
- Kaedah (3) rebusan air pusaran/vortex: bagi Uchu, kaedah ini agak mencabar 😅. Kena practice bbrp kali baru perfect. Mula2 didihkan air 3/4 periuk yg agak dlm. Tambahkan sesudu cuka. Pecahkan telur dalam mangkuk.
- Pusarkan air agak pantas sehingga mendapat pusaran/vortex ditengah menggunakan batang sudu/sudu kecil yg panjang/chopstick. Dengan berhati2, segera tuangkan telur ke tengah2 pusaran. Terus membuat pusaran kali ini dgn perlahan dan dekat dgn dinding periuk, jauh sikit drpd telur sehingga telur bergumpal. Angkat dan toskan telur.
