  16. Get 2 sudu makan minyak zaitun
  17. Prepare 1 sudu makan daun parsley kering untuk taburan

Steps to make Mexican Chili:
  1. Panaskan minyak zaitun. Tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga layu dengan api sederhana.
  2. Masukkan daging kisar. Masak hingga daging berwarna kecoklatan, kacau sekali-sekala.
  3. Masukkan jintan putih, lada hitam, lada putih, gula, garam, pes tomato dan serbuk cili/paprika. Masak 1 minit sambil dikacau.
  4. Masukkan potongan tomato dan paprika merah, kacau hingga bercampur dengan rata. Tambahkan air dan pati. Kacau semula hingga bercampur dengan rata selama satu minit.
